I'm resurrecting this blog for a class! In Dance 260 we have to look at categories from BEST (body, energy, space time) and evaluate them in our life. My prompt for this first week is:
"How is your alignment? How does it affect you specifically from day to day? Practice good, dynamic alignment and share how it is affecting you from day to day."
I know that posture is extremely important and it's really something that I have to work on hard. My coach always tells me to think of 2 points holding me up, one at my head and one at my lower back. I'lI be working on that through this week!
