So one thing I've noticed with dance is that is hard to get all the pieces to come together all the time. Since Kelani and I had our lesson with Kasha on Monday, we've been trying to apply what she taught us to our dances, especially Rumba and Cha Cha. Unfortunately, when I try to keep my thighs forward like she wanted, I find myself not getting the right hip action or energy levels. Makes it difficult.
